I think you may have Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) or intestinal parasite
IBS is a common disorder that affects the large intestine (colon). Irritable bowel syndrome commonly causes cramping, abdominal pain, bloating, gas, diarrhea and constipation. IBS is a chronic condition that you will need to manage long term. This must be checked with a doctor.
On the other hand intestinal parasite can create the same symptom but will be handle more effective in the short term. For this approach, you will need exams with an expert in order to proceed with the treatment.
Kind Regards.
